PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sea slide device composed of a long lower rail attached on a vehicular floor in the longitudinal direction and an upper rail, and provided with a slide lock mechanism fixing the upper rail at a specified slide position, and to reduce part items and assembling man-hours by simplifying the structure of the slide lock mechanism. SOLUTION: In the slide lock mechanism 40 of the long lower rail 20 and the upper rail 30, a single lock spring 50 is used as a fixing means for a latch 46 attached to operation shafts (a shaft lock 42, a rivet lock 45) driven by an operation lever 41. A fixing portion 52 of the lock spring 50 is dug in a locking groove portion 45a of the rivet lock 45, thereby securely fixing the latch 46. An elastic portion 53 provided in the diametrical multi-direction of the lock spring 50 is elastically contacted with the latch 46, thereby preventing backlash of the latch 46.
