PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a radiated wave measurement equal to that when electronic circuits are integrated without the actual integration thereof by enabling accurate simulation of radiated waves generated from the electronic circuits as components of an electronic device desired to measure radiated waves. SOLUTION: There are arranged an radio wave radiator 22, a radio wave receiver 23, measuring conditions altering devices 21a, 23a, 31 and 32 capable of altering measuring conditions of the radiated waves, a measuring device 35 for measuring the radiated waves received by the radio wave receiver 23 and a controller 36 which controls the measuring conditions altering devices 21a, 23a, 31 and 32 and the radio wave radiator 22 based on actual measurement data 372 of radiated waves of an electronic circuit as previously measured under specified measuring conditions and measuring condition data 371 during the measurement thereof to radiate radio waves simulating the radiated waves of the electronic circuit under the measuring conditions the same as those mentioned above from the radio wave radiator 22.
