MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR INORGANIC FIBER MAT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for an inorganic fiber mat which prevents a positional slippage on the occasion of laying a skin material over the mat. SOLUTION: Lateral part bending rollers 6 having spiral grooves 12 in the outer peripheral surfaces are used. Thereby the opposite lateral parts of the skin material 2 on the upper surface side are bent with a downward pressing force exerted thereon.
