PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To confirm the operation of a valve element in a fluid control device in an open condition, regardless of the type of a motor. SOLUTION: The valve element 32 in opened condition is transferred into a closed condition for a predetermined period of time. After the predetermined period of time is reached, the valve element 32 is controlled so as to be returned to the open condition. The fluid control device is applicable to both a steeping motor and a DC motor, because it is time controlled in this way.
