PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output a stable inclined waveform even while simplifying a circuit configuration. SOLUTION: An inclined waveform generation circuit for generating the inclined waveform to be applied to a capacitive load is connected between the ground and a signal line for supplying the higher potential side of a voltage generated by a power circuit for generating a prescribed voltage to be applied to the capacitive load being a display means, and the reference potential of the inclined waveform generation circuit is made to the ground potential, thus it is made possible to output the stable inclined waveform by a simple circuit configuration without providing a plurality of power circuits and a signal transmission circuit for converting the reference potential of a signal for controlling the inclined waveform generation circuit.
