PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum-moldable polyolefin sheet made of a halogen free polymer, having light weight, suitable mechanical properties and excellent flexibility, and usable as a floor mat or the like. SOLUTION: The vacuum-moldable polyolefin sheet comprises the following composition A. Composition A: 100 pts.wt. of a resin composition consisting of 5-90 wt.% of (a1) an amorphous polypropylene having <=20% of an insoluble matter in boiling n-heptane, 5-90 wt.% of (a2) polyethylene and 5-90 wt.% of (a3) a thermoplastic elastomer (in the resin composition, the total of the 3 components of the amorphous polyolefin, the polyethylene and the thermoplastic elastomer is 100 wt.%), and 50-330 pts.wt. of (a4) an inorganic filler.
