PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular seat supporting mechanism capable of forwardly inclining and using a seatback as a table and the like with a vehicular seat slide regulated, improving space efficiency above the seatback in a forward inclining state, downsizing a mechanism, and saving a cost. SOLUTION: The vehicular seat is mounted on a slide unit 22 slidably placed on a floor rail 21. The slide unit 22 is provided with a lock lever 41 capable of regulating a slide by engaging with the floor rail 21 side, and an operating link member 51 capable of releasing the engagement of the lock lever 41 for releasing the regulation. The slide unit 22 is also provided with a second operating member 71 capable of switching limitation and non-limitation of the operation of a first operating member 51 for releasing the engagement of the lock lever 41.
