PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and light-weight rotational driving device. SOLUTION: A housing C has a clutch chamber 12 for housing a clutch part A, a speed reducing mechanism part chamber 13 for housing a speed reducing mechanism part B, and an installing part 14 arranged on one end side of the speed-reducing mechanism part chamber 13. An electric motor D as a rotational driving source is installed in the installing part 14 of the housing C by a bolt, and the output shaft is connected to a worm shaft 9 of the speed-reducing mechanism part B. Thus, the clutch part A, the speed-reducing mechanism part B, and the motor D are unitized via the housing C, so that the compact and light-weight rotational driving device can be provided.
