PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivery device capable of surely delivering medicines stored at random one by one by making the directions of the longitudinal direction of the medicines constant. SOLUTION: A bottom plate 2 of a medicine storing container 1 stored with medicines at random is inclined at a downward grade toward one direction. When many scraping plates 24 are moved in one direction by driving a scraping up device 20 provided on one side of the container 1 and the scraping plate 24 is moved upward from a lower side of the container 1, one of the medicines within the container 1 is scooped up and is carried upward. At an attitude of the scraping plate 24 inclined at the downward grade toward a tip, the medicines are discharged along the inclination.
