<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pitch converting jig capable of easily testing semiconductors having a narrow lead pitch by enlarging the pitch through the use of a testing device having a wide-pitch terminal. SOLUTION: In the pitch converting jig for connecting a semiconductor or a socket having narrow-pitch contacts to a terminal of the testing device having wider-pitch contacts, the conversion from the narrow pitch into an enlarged pitch is performed by connecting with flexible electric wires.</p> |
