<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for forming screen-printing dye hot-melt adhesive film which can extremely save the coating cost, as the back face adhesion is inhibited and the quantity of the application is kept uniform, can add flexibility to the setting sensation of the products and can increase adhesion power. SOLUTION: The objective method and apparatus for forming screen-printing dye coating film including hot-melt adhesive on the flexible sheets, for example, woven fabrics, knitted fabrics, non-woven fabrics mainly for producing clothes comprises a step where the paste for forming the barrier layer is screen printed, a step where the hot-melt adhesive powder is applied, and a step where the excessive amount of powder, which is not applied to the paste-printed parts, is removed. The paste is filled in cavities of a engraved roll or changed from outside into circular screen mesh and only a part of the filled paste is applied locally on the coating sheet at the time different from the charging operation.</p> |
