PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holding device for further surely supporting the holding device in a housing part, capable of coping with it even when a tensile load becomes large. SOLUTION: Locking tongue pieces 9 are arranged on elastically moving support legs 8. The support legs are mutually joined via a shape stable side part 7 at least in an installed state. The locking tongue pieces engage with the housing part 3 formed in a rail 2 of a trunk room floor. The extent between edge parts 11 of the housing part is set smaller than dimension of the side part in the same directional. |
