PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a fuel economy improving effect by reducing an automatic stop prohibition region for an internal combustion engine corresponding to the room air-conditioned condition of the internal combustion engine utilizing a cooling water temperature to keep the automatic stop condition of the internal combustion engine longer. SOLUTION: A hysteresis region between a line LU of a temperature rise threshold value Tx and a line LD of a temperature drop threshold value Ty is made larger than that in a prevention of hunting during control. Furthermore, since a higher required blowout temperature TAO brings about the degradation of air-conditioning comfortableness with a greater degree of delay when a cooling water temperature THW lowers, the hysteresis is made wider than in the lower required blowout temperature TAO. Therefore, an engine stop prohibition region can be sufficiently reduced to keep an automatic stop condition longer, resulting in the enhanced fuel economy improving effect. |
