PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet processing device with integrated cutting device and folding device. SOLUTION: This sheet processing device comprises a first roller 4 having a cutter 11 for cutting a sheet 2, a second roller 5 having a receiving blade 12, a third roller 6 having a holder 30 for holding a given portion of the cut sheet 2 from one side. A suction piece 13 sucks the vicinity of an end portion of the sheet 2 to wind it around the second roller 5, and the given portion of the sheet 2 is held by the holder 30. When the third roller 6 rotates, the sheet 2 can be folded with the portion held by the holder as a folded line.
