PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic light emission element capable of providing a high-intensity optical output having a long life with extremely high efficiency. SOLUTION: This organic light emission element has at least a pair of electrodes composed of an anode and a cathode, and layers comprising one or a plurality of organic compounds supported between the pair of the electrodes. At least one layer of the layers comprising the organic compound is composed of a polymer film containing a triarylamine compound having at least a plurality of polymerizable double bonds in the same molecule.
