PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a guide rail for an opening/closing device, which enables the guide rail or an opening/closing body to be easily replaced after execution of work for the opening/closing device such as a shutter device. SOLUTION: In the structure of the guide rail 7 for guiding a shutter curtain 5, which is moved in a direction parallel to an opening surface of an opening 3 of a building frame 1, to the opening 3, the guide rail 7 for guiding at least either of both edges of the shutter curtain 5 is composed of an approximately U-shaped cross-section outer rail 9, which is fixed to the building frame 1 and has a loose fitting storage part 15 opened by an opening 13 for attachment/ detachment, and an inner rail 11 which is formed in such a manner as to have an approximately U-shaped cross section by having a guide groove 17 for guiding an edge of the shutter curtain 5, attached detachably to the opening 13 of the outer rail 9 from the direction parallel to the opening surface of the opening 3 and housed in the storage part 15.
