TRANSLUCENT SUBSTRATE, METHOD OF MANUFACTURING FOR THE SAME, BUILDING AND VEHICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the durability of a photoconductive layer by improving the visibility of the windows of a building or vehicle in rainy weather. SOLUTION: A water-repellent and oil-repellent film 3 of the translucent substrate 1 of which one surface is covered with the water-repellent and oil- repellent film 3 and the other surface is covered with a film 2 having hydrophilicity and antifogging property is perfluoroalkyl alkyl siloxane and the film having the hydrophilicity and antifogging property is the photocatalytic layer 2, by which the visibility of the windows of the building and vehicle in the rainy weather is improved. Further, a silica ground surface 4 is formed between the translucent substrate and the photocatalytic layer 2, by which the durability is improved.
