PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular headlamp not preventing lighting by adhesion of snow or the like on a lens. SOLUTION: This headlamp for an automobile 1 is formed by a bulb 3 which is a light source, the lens 4 and a housing 5. A cover 2 formed by a translucent material is mounted on (connected with) an outside face of the lens 4 by a double coated tape 7. Heating wires 8 formed by nichrome wire are printed on an inside face of the cover 2. When the heating wires 8 are energized, they generate heat for heating the cover 2. By heating the cover 2, snow adhered to the cover 2 melts and is easily removed. |
