PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sparkling liquid delivering apparatus which has a largely improved cooling performance so that a cooled drink can be continuously delivered in large quantities. SOLUTION: In the sparkling liquid delivering apparatus, piping pitches upstream of inside cooling coils 4a and outside cooling coils 4b are formed more roughly with respect to piping pitches downstream of coils 4a and 4b, and the coils 4b are disposed so that the upstream side of the coils 4b is located nearer to the side of the bottom of a water tank 11 than to the upstream side of the coils 4a.
