PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform a construction in the inner surface lower part of a horizontal conduit and exhibit a sufficient nonslip effect even if seawater is collected in the inner surface lower part of the conduit. SOLUTION: The scaffold structural frame 3 used for this intra-conduit passage scaffold 1 comprises a frame body 4 having a length smaller than the inside diameter of the horizontal conduit 2 allowing the entrance of a person and capable of orthogonally connecting a scaffolding board 5, and a pair of right and left leg members 6 and 6 provided on both ends of the frame body 4. Both the leg members 6 and 6 are formed into a shape long in the axial direction of the conduit 2, so that the frame body 4 is turned, when both the leg members 6 and 6 abut on both lateral sides of the inner surface lower part of the conduit 2, to the cross sectional direction of the conduit 2 in the state floated from the inner surface lower part of the conduit 2.
