<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-layer container which is excellent in peeling properties between impact resistant layers, appearance such as transparency and perspective properties, gas-barrier properties, etc. SOLUTION: A resin composition (I) which contains a saponified ethylene- vinyl acetate copolymer (A), a thermoplastic polyester resin (B), and at least one (C) selected from alkali metals, alkaline earth metals, and boron is made an intermediate layer, and thermoplastic polyester resin (II) layers are arranged on both sides of the intermediate layer.</p> |
