PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain the interval between a pair of guide members constant by straightly mounting each guide member on inner peripheral surfaces at both end parts of the width direction of a seamless belt, even if end faces at both end parts of the width direction of the seamless belt are distorted, when the guide members are mounted at a required interval along the inner peripheral surfaces at both end parts of the width direction of the seamless belt. SOLUTION: When the pair of guide members 3 are mounted on the inner peripheral surfaces at both end parts of the width direction of the ring-shaped seamless belt 1, a holding member 10 elongatable/contractable in the radial direction is contracted and is inserted into the inner peripheral side of the seamless belt. Subsequently, the holding member 10 is elongated and is brought into contact with the inner peripheral surfaces of the seamless belt 1, and the pair of guide members 3 are mounted on the inner peripheral surfaces at both end parts of the width direction of the seamless belt 1 along a guide part 11b provided at the required interval at the both end parts of the width direction of the holding member 10. |
