PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaner for an optical connector facilitating the exchanging work of a cleaning tape. SOLUTION: In the cleaner for an optical connector where an openable and closable window part 22 is provided at an external case 1 for successively feeding a cleaning tape for cleaning the fiber end face of the optical connector to the part 22, a cassette for holding a reel for feeding an unused cleaning tape and a reel for taking up a used cleaning tape integrally is constituted and the cassette is attachable to and detachable from the case 1.
