Process for the protection and conservation of microorganisms, especially bacteria, consisting in carrying out at least the following three stages: - a stage of reproduction of the bacteria, - a stage of buffering by placing the bacteria in contact with a water-absorbing nutrient medium, - a stage of stabilisation of the product obtained in the second stage with a water-poor medium. The product obtained by the process of the invention finds applications in agronomy and in agri-foodstuffs. |
