PURPOSE: To seal the shaft-shaped first member and the second member arranged on the periphery thereof while suppressing deterioration of rotation performances without using members and spaces for fixing in a structure sealing the both. CONSTITUTION: This seal structure is equipped with a friction disk 36 having a shaft-shaped hub part 36b of a levered lug type double-bearing reel, a cover member 39 and a seal member 65. The cover member 39 is a member having an open hole 39a arranged on the periphery of the hub part 36b and relatively rotating with the friction disk 36. The seal member 65 is a member having a cylinder part 65a made of an elastic material and capable of being mounted on the hub part 36b and a seal part 65b integrally formed to a tapered shape to the open hole 39a on the peripheral surface of the cylinder part 65a and having the tip capable of being touched with a contact face 36c of the open hole 39a, sealing the gap between the both members of 36 and 39 and made of an elastic material.
