PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen generator, in which the fluctuation in the flow rate of a raw material is eliminated and a reformed gas having a stable composition is supplied. SOLUTION: Water is supplied to a flow passage, in which a gaseous feed material is supplied from a raw material supply part 5 to a vaporization part 2, from a water supply part 4. Then the water is uniformly spread in the water supply flow passage or the inside wall of the vaporization part 2 or is finely dispersed to form a uniform vaporization surface by the flow of the gaseous feed material. As a result, the vaporization rate of water is fixed and the fluctuation of the pressure due to the volume expansion at the time of vaporizing water is eliminated to stabilize the raw material flow rate. |
