PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moisture permeable and water resistant sheet excellent in moisture permeability and water resistance, and having high mechanical strength even if it is low in basic weight. SOLUTION: On one side of a film 12 having moisture permeability and water resistance, a spunbonded nonwoven fabric 13 having a basic weight of 20 g/m2 to 70 g/m2 is laminated as a surface protective layer having moisture permeability. On the other side of the film 12, a split yarn nonwoven fabric 11, which is formed by longitudinally and latitudinally laminating two monoaxially oriented net-like films, is laminated as a reinforcing layer having a net structure. |
