PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for an active energy ray curing paint having low curing contraction rate when an active energy ray is irradiated, capable of affording a cured coating film of high hardness, and generating no crack. SOLUTION: This composition for an active energy ray curing paint contains as an essential component a urethane acrylate resin comprising a polyol containing a condensed multi-ring structure, a polyisocyanate, and a compound containing a hydroxyl group and a (meth)acryloyl group.
