PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device whose assembling time can be shortened, whose assembling work can be facilitated, whose design can be slimmed and whose size can be compacted. SOLUTION: Plural coupling pieces 18 are arranged around the four corners of a front cover 12 toward a back cover 27. An engaging groove 20 with which the locking rib 31 of the back cover 27 is to be engaged is formed in the plate face of each coupling piece 18. Moreover, locking ribs 31 are arranged at corresponding positions of respective coupling pieces 18 around the four corners of the back cover 27 and one face of each rib 31 is formed in a slope shape so as to be engaged with the engaging groove 20 when the cover 12 and the cover 27 are to be mutually coupled.
