PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warning method for a tire pneumatic pressure drop capable of preventing an erroneous notification of a tire pressure drop by always stopping the detection of a drop in a tire pneumatic pressure in the case of an abnormal wheel speed. SOLUTION: This warning method for the tire pneumatic pressure drop, which detects the drop in the tire pneumatic pressure and warns a driver of it based on rotation information detected by a rotational speed detecting means provided for a tire mounted on a vehicle, stops the detection of the drop in the tire pneumatic pressure even if any other trouble than the one determined as breakage failure due to breakage in the rotational speed detecting means is detected.
