PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate an error generated by inclination of a finger in the measurement of a cutter attached to a machine tool, and to make a measuring movable part frictionless to conduct a precise measurement. SOLUTION: The lower face of a rectangular parallelepiped having a hollow space in its inside is made to serve as a reference face 1a for attachment to the machine tool, a first touch sensor 11 is arranged on the upper face of the rectangular parallelepiped to make a displacement direction of the first contact 19 of the first touch sensor 11 perpendicular to the reference face 1a, a second touch sensor 31 is arranged on the upper face of the rectangular parallelepiped to make a displacement direction of the second contact 44 of the second touch sensor 31 parallel to the reference face 1a, and it is constituted so that a line extended from the surface of the second contact 44 of the center line along the displacement direction of the second contact 44 crosses almost a line extended from the surface of the first contact 19 of the center line along the displacement direction of the first contact 19.
