PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall face body at a skeleton opening section capable of being simply and inexpensively remodeled into a wall body having a blind section. SOLUTION: Upper and lower fitting frames are fitted to the skeleton opening section, and a mullion 10 is fitted to partition the skeleton opening section. A blind panel 37 is fitted to one opening section partitioned by the mullion 10, and a sash is fitted to the other opening section. An infill 43 is arranged on the indoor side of one opening section fitted with the blind panel 37, and the whole is formed into the wall face body.
