PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precast concrete constructing method, and a reusable constructing jig. SOLUTION: There is provided a foundation 1 consisting of a rising portion 1A formed of a precast foundation member 14, and a base portion 1B for cast- in-place concrete 15, and the foundation is constructed in the following manner. The precast foundation member 14 is attached to a foundation hanging jig 3 which has a foundation attaching member 5 and a level adjusting bolt 6 downward extending from the same. Then, a plurality of bolt lower end bearing members 4 each having an upward facing cylinder portion 11 with a bottom, are arranged on the ground 12, and a lower end of each level adjusting bolt 6 of the foundation hanging jig 3 is inserted into the cylinder portion 11 of the bolt lower end bearing member 4. Further, by adjusting bolts, the precast foundation member 14 is level-adjusted, and then concrete 15 is placed in a foundation form 13. After hardening the concrete, the foundation hanging jig 3 is removed.
