PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of making a relatively small turn, capable of being fully lifted up and manually operated by an operator, and capable of rationally disposing of an object to be recovered. SOLUTION: A sweeper S for cleaning a subgrade surface G is provided with a main body 1, a traveling body 2, and a recovery brush 30 for the purpose of accomplishing the above purpose. In the sweeper S, the body A to be recovered on the subgrade surface G is thrown for recovery to the side of a recovery space 121 by the rotation of the recovery brush 30. The sweeper S is characterized in that a recovery bag B is mounted replaceably on the side of the recovery space 121 so as to open while facing the side where a sweeping action by the recovery brush 30 is oriented.
