PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a profit and loss calculation processing device capable of rapidly presenting a contract condition complying with a user's demand based on accurate judgement on profit and loss in the case of negotiations on the contract of the maintenance of an image forming device. SOLUTION: A plurality of choices about the unit price of printing per each sheet and the basic number of sheets to be used per specified unit period are prepared as contract items which must be compared and investigated, the profit and loss is calculated for every plurality of choices by a calculation means and the calculated results on the profit and loss are outputted as a table together wit the choices on the contract items by an output means. Then, other contract items and set items influencing the profit and loss of the contract of maintenance can be corrected by an input means as necessary. Furthermore, the calculated results on the profit and loss shown in the table are displayed by using different colors between the balance of accounts in the red and that in the black. |
