PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply impart a specular metallic luster feeling to a surface of each of various type articles such as a resin molding or the like. SOLUTION: A decorating sheet S comprises a smooth and transparent base sheet 1 having a centerline mean roughness specified according to JIS B 0601 of each both front and rear surfaces of 1μm or less, a lustrous ink layer 2 containing a lustrous pigment (a) made of flaky particles having a metallic luster in a binder resin and formed on a rear surface of the sheet 1, so that a surface of a flat plate of the particles is parallel to or substantially parallel to the rear surface of the base sheet near the base sheet. Further, a colored ink layer of the same hue or substantially the same hue as the lustrous ink layer may be provided on the rear surface side of the layer 2, or an adhesive layer 4 may be provided on the rearmost surface. This decorating sheet may be laminated on a material to be coated such as a resin composition or the like by injection molding and in-mold decorating or the like.
