PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip for fixing an object by pinching whereby a string of coupled clips are held and the object is pinched continuously by the coupled clips. SOLUTION: The clip is structured, so that a plate-form member having resilience is folded into an isosceles triangle as viewed laterally; an upper 12 and a lower elastic energizing part 14 are formed extending from the bottom part 16 corresponding to each oblique line so that it is possible to insert any object from the end parts 18 and 20, wherein notches 12a and 14a are formed in the central parts across the width of the elastic energizing parts 12 and 14; the end parts 18 and 20 are opened for forming engagement parts; and a narrow part is formed in the elastic energizing parts 12 and 14, to allow many clips 10 to be coupled, together with the narrow part passing the engagement part of the adjacent clip 10, while a mounting tool sets coupling of a number of clips, 10 and is furnished with a first pusher which is reciprocated by an actuator for pushing the leading clip.
