PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a tubular shutter member from being lifted and opened by means of a simple structure. SOLUTION: In an electric shutter 11, the shutter member 6 is rolled up and down from inside a shutter box 4 along right and left guide rails 8 and 8. The shutter member 6 is constituted by coupling a plurality of pipes 12 via a link 14 at proper intervals in a direction in which the shutter member 6 is rolled up and down. A regulating member 40, which regulates the bending of the upper and lower links 14 to the opposite side of a side where the shutter member 6 is wound, is provided in a coupling part between the link 14 and the pipe 12, which are located at least within the shutter box 4 in a fully closed state of the shutter member 6.
