PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a picture frame device for a curtain wall capable of simply and quickly carrying out work such as inspection/repair or the like in a state to remain unchanged without impairing finish members or interior finish members or removing them. SOLUTION: The picture frame 10 mounted to a frame material 3 holding an opening section panel 1 in a state to expose it in an indoor side constitutes a member for closing an inside space M together with the other member 4 exposed to the indoror side, picture frame bodies 12 and 13 and a cover material 11 are included, the picture frame is pivoted on the frame body 13 on one side of the cover material 11, the other side is mounted to the frame body 12, and when the cover material 11 is opened inward of the opening section with the pivot section as the center, the inside space M can be opened.
