PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new door pull structure which can prevent a danger that fingers are pinched in a gap between sliding doors or a gap between a sliding door and a wall at the time of opening the door, and suitably available for an outside door of interlocked sliding doors. SOLUTION: The hand pinching preventive door pull is comprised of a main body 1, a cover 3, an energizing means 4, a handgrip member 5, and an interlocking mechanism 6. The main body 1 is fitted into a recess formed at least in one surface of the sliding door at a leading end thereof. The cover 3 is rotatable about one side of the main body, as a spindle, which forms a frontward portion when the sliding door is opened, and it is protrudable from the main body. The energizing means 4 rotatably energizes the cover in a direction that always protrudes the cover. The handgrip member 5 is arranged between the other side of the main body opposed to the one side and a cover tip in a manner being protrudable from the main body. The interlocking mechanism 6 interlocks the cover with the handgrip member such that the handgrip member is protruded from the main body upon withdrawal of the cover into the main body. By virtue of the interlocking, when the cover is squeezed into the main body, an internal side 5d of the handgrip member is largely exposed, and therefore fingers are laid on the exposed portion, which facilitates closing operation of the sliding door.
