PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a side ditch with a lid capable of reducing the occurrence of noise. SOLUTION: In the lid put on a side ditch main body in which lid application parts are formed in upper parts of U-shaped walls whose upper parts are opened on both sides, projecting bars 5 are formed on lower faces of the lid 4 supported on the lid application parts 3 of the walls on both sides and inclined faces parallel with the vertical direction are formed on both end faces of the lid to constitute the side ditch with the lid. Furthermore, an engaging projecting part may be formed on the end face on one side, and an engaging recessed part in which an engaging projecting part of adjacent lid enters and is engaged may be formed on the end face on the other side.
