PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active-energy-ray curable composition which can give a cured coating film excellent in toughness and is excellent in curability in spite of the low viscosity. SOLUTION: This curable composition comprises (A) at least one (meth) acrylate selected from among polyester (meth)acrylates, urethane (meth) acrylateds, and epoxy (meth)acrylates, (B) a hydroxyalkyl(meth)acrylamide, (C) another compound having at least one free-radically polymerizable ethylenically unsaturated bond, and (D) a photopolymerization initiator.
