PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously form a resin frame of a good shape at a peripheral edge of a plate-like material having corners. SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing the plate-like material with the resin frame comprises the steps of setting the corner to a forward tilting angle X when an angle formed between a relatively moving direction of a plate-like material 1 and a molding die 7 and an extrusion port 15 of the die 7 forms the resin frame 3 at a first side 1A toward the corner 14, and setting the corner to a backward tilting angle Y when the resin frame 3 is formed at a second side 1B in a direction remotely separating from the corner 14.
