PURPOSE: A vending machine with the internet advertisement effect and the e-mail function is provided to allow the health of a user to be diagnose automatically and the product to be taken out according to the result. CONSTITUTION: The vending machine comprises a data input part(10) for inputting the data sending the e-mail; a display part(30) which displays the inputted data or the internet ad selectively; a photographing part(40) which photographs the thing pictured or the iris of a user and outputs the data; a controller(20) which determines the health state of a user according to the inputted data and outputs the taking-out control signal or scanning the inputted data and displaying it on the display part; a taking-out control parts(70a, ..., 70n) which take out the product according to the taking-out control signal; and a server(100) which sends the ad data through the internet network(90) connected with the controller or provides the information according to the inputted data. Preferably the data input part is a touch screen.
