发明名称 METHOD FOR PRODUCING GRAIN ORIENTED SILICON STEEL SHEET
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently and stably producing a grain oriented silicon steel sheet which has excellent electromagnetic properties. SOLUTION: A hot rolled sheet obtained by subjecting a silicon steel stock to hot rolling is subjected to cold rolling for one time or two or more times including process annealing into a final sheet thickness. The sheet is thereafter subjected to primary recrystallization annealing serving also as decarburization, is next coated with a separation agent for annealing, and is dried. Then, the steel sheet is coiled into a coiled-shape, and is subjected to finish annealing consisting of secondary recrystallization annealing and purification annealing. In the finish annealing, the secondary recrystallization annealing is performed in a batch annealing furnace, and the purification annealing is performed in a continuous annealing furnace.
