PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration control rubber bushing assembly which can be assembled in a assembly site with ease even if it is provided with expanded opening collar-shaped sections at both axial ends and used as a vibration control rubber bushing used for connecting a shaft beam and a bogie frame in a rolling stock. SOLUTION: The vibration control rubber bushing assembly 26 comprises a center shaft body 28 as an inner metal fixture having collar shaped sections 42, a vibration control rubber bushing 36 provided with a rubber elastic body 38 having a collar shaped section 50 fixed to the external peripheral face of the center shaft body 28 and an outer metal fixture 40 divided into two parts in the direction orthogonal to the axis, and a press fitting assembly member 68. The press fitting assembly member 68 is provided with an outer block 70, which is divided into two parts in the direction orthogonal to the axis for giving pressure compression to the rubber elastic body 38 by the clamping force in the direction orthogonal to the axis, and an outer ring 72 for restricting the outer block 70. The assembly 26 in this state is press-fitted in the cylindrical housing section of the shaft beam. |
