PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag with a latch wherein a narrow spout can be formed with good shape retention ability by a simple operation, the bag is easy to carry even if its capacity is relatively large and contents can be safely and easily transferred. SOLUTION: A peripheral rim is heat-sealed like a bag to provide a laminate film bag. An upper part of the bag is heat-sealed in a seal pattern having a non-sealed recess 8 for forming a spout 9 at the center inside. An unsealing means is provided across the recess 8. In addition, a latch comprising an insert 12 and a receive 13 is provided on an upper part of the heat seal on both side ends of the bag, constituting the bag. A base of the bag is preferably formed in a self-supporting format comprising a base film inserted.
