摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reliability of operation upon disaster prevention and contrive energy saving, in a stair pressurizing smoke control system applied on various kinds of buildings such as a middle or high-layered condominium or the like in which a plurality of living rooms are arranged in the staircase of the same. SOLUTION: An air feeding fan 5 is mounted in the staircase 3 while an air discharging device is provided respectively in every living rooms 2. An indoor temperature sensor and an indoor humidity sensor are provided in each living rooms 2 respectively while an outdoor air temperature sensor and an outdoor air humidity sensor are provided at the outside of the building 1. An indoor air enthalpy and an outdoor air enthalpy are operated based on signals from these indoor temperature sensors, indoor humidity sensors, the outdoor air temperature sensor and the outdoor air humidity sensor. When the outdoor air enthalpy is smaller than the indoor enthalpy, driving command is outputted to the air feeding fan 5 and the air discharging device. According to this method, the stair pressurizing smoke control system can be tested in trial upon normal time while the ventilation and the night purge of respective living rooms can be effected in accordance with necessity.
