PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder paint capable of forming a powder coating film excellent in smoothness and workability. SOLUTION: This thermosetting polyester powder paint contains as essential ingredients, a polyester resin (A) containing a hydroxyl group, a curing agent (B) having a functional group reactive with a hydroxyl group of the resin (A), and at least a painted surface improver (C) selected from the group consisting of resins other than mentioned above, a polycarboxylic acid, a higher alcohol, a monobasic acid, a wax, a blocking agent for a polyisocyanate curing agent, etc.
