PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin bleaching cosmetic containing a natural black component extracted from muscovado, having antiinflammatory action and effective for preventing various troubles on the skin or ameliorating the symptom of the skin trouble. SOLUTION: The skin bleaching cosmetic containing a natural black component extracted from muscovado contains 3,4,6-trimethoxyphenyl-4'-O-D-glucose and 2,5-dimethoxyphenyl-4'-O-D-glucose.
